We offer resources to help our international students feel right at home.

Carnegie Mellon defines an international applicant as someone who is a citizen or permanent resident of a country other than the United States and who will be studying in the United States on a temporary visa.

Office of International Education

The Office of International Education (OIE) helps international students with their transition to the U.S. and Carnegie Mellon and informs them of their immigration rights and responsibilities.

Join us for a webinar with staff members from the Office of International Education and Student Affairs, as they discuss resources and support for international students at CMU, and the cultural opportunities on campus and around the city. Current international students will discuss their transition to calling Pittsbugh "home."
